Students take Heart 2 Heart to improve their
knowledge and awareness of their upcoming birth experience
and to decrease associated anxiety.
Courses are organized into a series of modules;
each module presented in a 90 minute to 2-hour timeframe over
a 6-week period. Each module includes group and couple oriented
activities to complement and strengthen the subject matter.
After completing the courses, students will be better prepared
for labor and delivery. This course empowers parents to ask
questions and seek clarification.
Modules are self-contained and can also be
combined allowing for either an intensive weekend seminar
style course or the more traditional 6-week course format.
